This is the BEST game in the ENTIRE Lufia series! It has everything a good RPG needs: a good story, butt-kicking weapons, powerful spells, great animations, interesting characters, super-evil bosses, and several side quests. If you call yourself a Lufia fan, then you need this game! If you want to have a game with a lot of replay value, then this is the game for you. You will unlock retry mode after you beat the game on regular mode. It is the same as regular mode, but you get 4x the amount of gold and experience.
There is even more! If you beat the game on retry mode; you will then unlock gift mode! I'm not going to say anything about it, but it is worth the effort! My final opinion is this: this is a great game that any Lufia Fan should not do without. This is the game that made me a fan of the series, and I hope it does the same for you!
