Re: Sinistrals sprites found in proto version of Estpolis II

No wonder Amon's hair was green in his in-game sprite. They never changed it when they changed his battle sprite. And Erim looks a lot more like her Lufia 1 version in the prototype, as well as a bit closer to her in-game sprite.

Re: How come I never realized this before?

Re: How come I never realized this before?

Wow. I mean, that was probably done to save time in spriting and such (like how a lot of games just flipped their character sprites and thus we get an eyepatch that changes which eye it's on or a bad arm that keeps changing), but still interesting that I never knew it before either. Then again, I wa...

Re: What version of Lufia II do you play?

*back from the dead, err...her laziness*

I've played the NA version the most, since it's what I grew up with, but did play the European version a bit on my computer since I wanted to avoid the graphic glitches.

Re: Mention of Lufia on Natsume's Q&A

I know a lot of entertaining villains tend to get a lot of buzz among fans. It helps that when you're writing for the heroes, you have to make their motives to save the world make sense in any way, so sometimes developers are limited to how they can write their dialog. Wheras villains seem to have a...
