Well, I guess I'll boost the regular monsters a little bit as well.

Edit: As the balancing is quite difficult I'll only modify the AC exclusive ones right now.

Although I downloaded them way earlier, I also didn't really try them until 1 - 1,5 years ago. But then suddenly the desire to play Lufia was back and I wanted to take these enemies down. I used a quite strong level 99 party and could beat the likes of Doom Zero and Neo Chaos quite easy. I really ha...

Well, I thought that this version of Gades did deserve an epic fight as well. So, when I started to change the ones like Lizard Man and Big Catfish, I was nearly completely sure to use Frue Gades at Gordovan. The only thing which might have stopped me would be if I just couldn't beat him there. But ...

Yes, the monsters aren't that hard. However, the next fight against Gades might be harder. :)

By the way, did you recognize the first Gades battle? It's none other than Frue Gades...

When I did beat him the first time I was around level 50. I think it should be possible at around level 45.

These blocks already existed in the original. You can for example find a list in the Odds and Ends FAQ on GameFAQs.

And if you got every equipment part so far, you should have the gear to completely block all the ailments during the clown battles.

That's fine! :D Because... Well, never mind then! :) About the clowns... I guess this is the first battle where you really should use ailment preventing gear, though it may also be handy against Camu or Tarantula. And, of course, the farther you progress the more negative ailments you have to handle...

You might want to give Selan the right equipment so that she can't get confused.

By the way, did you get some boss monster drops?

It was intended that the Spiders are called every time Tarantula has his "Ha, ha, ha." turn - as I can't waste a turn without Tarantula doing anything. ^^ And yes, I also think the one-piece is definitely a swimsuit here. Therefore I changed the description to make that clean - though even in the Ja...

270 ish sounds quite strong. What level are you now? I guess one or two more hits might be enough, then. Oh, and I forgot... (I didn't see anything about a "sacred truth" though :?:) In the original US-version Artea says something about a sacred truth instead of gods at the end of the dialogue after...

Glad it works now. :) About the bosses: Yes, the boomerang is really awesome at the beginning. Otherwise Lizard Man would be a real pain, wouldn't it? Big Catfish is tougher, however. Especially if you don't have the Eagle Rock. Technically the Goblins and the Skeleton right before Tia joins are bos...

It has to be the US version with header.

Yours seems to be a (headerless) PAL version.

ROMs with header are a little bit bigger. The exact size is 2621952 bytes.

ROMs without header are 512 bytes smaller. So, it should be 2621440 bytes then.

From version 1.0 to 1.2 there are changed some dialogues of Frue Lufia (as well as Spekkio and Kureji Lufia).

From version 1.2 to 1.2.1 there's only a small change in Kureji Lufia.

I'll think about romhacking.net. However, first I'll wait a bit - just in case there's still something to fix.^^

Ah, I figured as much regarding Amon. Anyhow, now that it's finally back up, have you considered submitting these to ROMHacking.net? You'd need to submit them in separate .ZIP files, of course, but it'd be a good asset to that website. :D Hmm, this is more official then, right? After all it's not c...
