Re: Lufia II and DS 20th and 5th anniversary

Lufia II characters as Yoshis? That's... definitely one of the stranger conversations I've ever heard of... along with my own musings on how Mario Kart works... like how the Shy Guys are indentured slaves... I go far too deep into Mario Kart 8's workings sometimes...

Re: People of Lufia World, what's your age?

You haven't met my computer, have you? Download anything, and I mean anything , besides an audio file, an image, or a font, and it'll keep working... except when you start it up the next day and it doesn't boot up correctly. Never mind the time I tried to play a simple Flash game on the 'Net. I've h...

Re: People of Lufia World, what's your age?

I'm afraid that lacking an SNES I shall not be able to play Lufia II any time soon. I would emulate it, but I don't trust my computer. So if I start with any game, Lufia DS is most likely to be it. (Sorry, but sort of not really, seeing as it'd still be my first Lufia game.)

You know, what with this video, I wonder what Mr. Shiono is doing these days, composition-wise.

Re: The Music of Lufia

There are fourteen such 'grand arrangements' from the CD release, done by Hidenori Iwasaki and Ryo Yamazaki (not collaboratively. Iwasaki did 7, Yamazaki did the other 7) and they are only available on YouTube through that user's extensions. Unfortunately, the arrangement of Rumbling - under the na...

Re: People of Lufia World, what's your age?

That means you're a perfect case study! How did you get introduced to Lufia, Terry? I stumbled upon the Lufia II soundtrack on YouTube one day. Some days later, I listened to the first game's soundtrack. Eventually I listened to the OST for The Legend Returns . Recently I've listened to Curse of th...

Re: The Music of Lufia

Thank you very much, SinReVi, for your answers. A shame that there isn't a track listing like that available, but not entirely surprising, I suppose. There's no track listing for either the first or third Breath of Fire either that lists who composed what, and I think it's rather a shame that compos...

Re: "Lufia and the Fortress of Doom – The Game That Almost Wasn’t"

That's actually very interesting. I love seeing these sorts of insights into the background of a game's making. Though I'm not completely sure that the bit of Final Fantasy II 's similarities to - oh, hang on, he's probably talking about America's Final Fantasy II , not Japan's. Final Fantasy II is ...
