An interesting, short article on Neverland Company

Postby DualBladeAlstadtMilitary » Thu Mar 17, 2005 6:05 pm

My Google e-mail alert on Lufia told me about this one; This article by IGN's Anoop Gantayat yesterday, and it goes into this little "secret developer".

Seems like N-land is coming with another RPG for GBA called Frontier Stories, hopefully it will be not as rare as CIMA The Enemy...

CIMA was so rare that I didn't even see a glimpse of it in stores around here. I do know that it made it to the North American side though.

Have you found any English sites about Frontier Stories yet?

No, only a German article with a Japanese screenshot of CIMA The Enemy o_0 Maybe it's just a Japanese version of CIMA. But then I wonder why N-land would release a Jap version almost two years after the US version...
(There is only a US version and the Europe version got delayed and delayed until we never heard of it again)

EDIT

Seems like it really is a Japanese version of CIMA The Enemy.

It's one of those rare examples of (decent) quality games which are developed in Japan but only released in Western territories - until this Fall, that is. Marvelous Interactive is preparing a Japanese version of this obscure action RPG for the Game Boy Advance, according to Famitsu. Developed by the veteran Neverland Company (Chaos Seed, Estpolis Denki, Shining Force Neo), Cima: the Enemy will get the name of 'Frontier Stories' for the Japanese market and be released on October 27th.

At least this Jap. release gives us new artwork (not these low quality artwork from the trailer of CIMA)

They also mention Estpolis on the frontpage (not the flashmovie)
