Lufia was technically just an average girl with the spirit of Erim. When she was defeated, her spirit left her, and a year later she comes back as an Erim-less girl.

The same goes for Seena, except she KNEW she had Erim's spiritual force the whole time.

I had a very bad experiance with TLR...
I ordered it online and the guy said it was "in the box."
When it showed up, the box happened to be that tiny plastic case for gameboy games...

Anyways, after I started playing it was alright... then... it happened...
Every now and then, the game suddenly froze, regardless of occasion. It happened on the menu, in battle, when I was walking, when I was on the save game menu... I resorted to having to hold my gameboy advance motionless, not moving it at all, afraid that it would freeze at any time.

Things were going fine because I didn't run into the freeze, I got all the way to Amon when it happened... The game froze in mid battle and when I turned the gameboy on again, all my data was erased... I never touched the thing again and it's still sitting there on my desk... laughing at me...

The random dungeons are damn addictive if you get used to it. Battles are great and the dialogues are funny. The best Lufia game after Lufia II.

Sinrevi... that's the only bad thing about TLR. The dungeons are very boring, most people think so. Apart from that, it's a great game!

You forget that it is bad that you can't throw your items away.

Yeah, but there is no limit on how many different items you can have.

Well, without the random dungeons herein the infinite items you'd never be able to beat Gades the first two times.

The first time I played the game it was really hard because I got stuck and didn't know what to do. After about six months of letting it collect dust I picked it back up and beat it, but right after I had to give it back. The good thing that happened after I returned it another friend knew it was my birthday and deicded to get it for me. Eventually I played through it on replay and I beat the Sinistrals every chance I got, which really helped out because all of the items they droped were ancient cave items. I was at level 50 when I left the first Continent. :D
