Lufia TLR DSi? Enhanced Remake

Since the new DSi will have a download feature using the SD cards, I was thinking since I'm going to propose a DS remake of I & II. Why not be able to download Lufia: The Legend Returns for the DS?

If it would be up to next gen (updated graphics and audio is a given), make use of two screens. Top screen for monsters and lower screen for characters. The sprites (if not the whole game) will be 2D.

Also, some updated features:

Dungeons will be more randomized with even more shapes and secret sets than the last game.

2 more traps, push block puzzles, and a new Yin-Yang switch

Traps will not be just under grass, they will also be on different terrain floors and other well hidden areas.

No longer will you only control Wain outside of battle, you can now control other characters each with their own abilities.

Seven secret dungeons and bosses

Story enhanced naturally through new character animations (unfortunately the dialogue is the same as it was)

Wain - Wave (stuns monsters and cuts grass from a distance)
Seena - Barrier (blocks monster's paths for a limited amount of steps)
Dei - None, but is unaffected by traps
Aima - Crush (breaks certain walls only)
And more (please suggestions?)

Remember, this is a DSi download game so no cutscenes, no huge graphics, no complicated systems. This is a list of new things that they could've added then but didn't. Don't make it too complicated.

So... Why not? In my opinion, the dialogue's the no. 1 thing that seriously needs changing in TLR.

Maybe a more accurate translation? Nevertheless if it was corny the first time then it will always be corny the infinite time sadly.

Also how would many of you think about this?

Why not have it to where instead of just naming Wain, you can rename all of the characters that join you (except Egg Dragon). That way we can just go nuts with naming them.

Hm... personally, I'd say you shouldn't be able to rename characters at all. It makes the story more.... I don't know, it just seems better to me.
When I first played each of the games, I didn't care, and ended up regretting it when I had every scene recorded with my own name on it, which just didn't seem to fit.

But then again, there's nothing wrong with having the option, as long as there is a standard name for every character.
