I played FF7 but my 8-in-1 memory card deleted my save a few times. The farthest I got was something with a beach and Cloud joining the fanfare (from what I can remember) And then I didn't feel like restarting the game again.

All the series of FF are good to play at least once.Final Fantasy XIII is just a game you enjoy a lot. The FF games has a very good soundtrack with a beautiful graphics.Final Fantasy VII has a dynamic game play. FF games always make you guess that what will happen next. I like most of the series of FF.

Played it, like it. Don't love it.

FF13 to me is a mix. I enjoy the graphics, music, and battle system (if you don't hit auto-battle all the time). The story is mediocre, the exploration is linear. I'm on the only chapter where you can explore the world.

I don't mind the game as an encounter-based action title, but as an RPG it falls flat. Wish I could explore some more though.

The chocobos are still fun to ride. The "Trance de Chocobo" arrangement has lyrics which kills the theme.

I hate FFXIII, its far too linear.
I like to explore and do sidequests

Well, what can I say, it's Final Fantasy. IMO Final Fantasy has never been spectacular concerning gameplay. FF8 was my favorite story. 13 is alright, and once you get to the 3rd disk it's pretty frackin' cool. It's like the first 2 were primer. There's tons of sidequests on Gran Pulse and the story heats up a bit.

And for all those who think the game plays itself in battles, change the settings so it doesn't go to autobattle... that mixes some things up.
