*Raises hand!* I could work on a couple of things for you. Will there be any dungeons?

Maps will include a wide range of things. A map is any environment really, so they include but aren't limited to, towns, castles, towers, caves, and even the overworld map.

Well at least I can do some simple towns. Nothing too fancy. :P

All I would need are the graphics to do them. (Since I really don't have any Lufia-ish tilesets, and some unedited sprites)

All tiles and sprites will be included with the editor, when it's complete. It'll have everything we need.

Aight. Do you have an estimate on what the total filesize would be?

For the map editor... I'm not really sure. That's more of a question for Neo, but he's busy right now. I can ask him when he gets back, though.

I talked to Neo about it. For the map editor, it could be anywhere from 8-15 megabytes. That size shouldn't be a problem. I don't see it taking more than 2 hours, even on a 56k. This is including all the tilesets. The NPCs and triggers will be added later. For now, we focus on environments. We will populate them later. I'll go more in-depth about this before we start making the maps.

Yes, the map editor will be a program. It will require no programming experience and will be very user-friendly. Neo spent a very long time working on it so that once it's made, the maps will be very easy to create.
