Ummm... You can fuse stones (Kinstone Pieces) to let new things appear. You can shrink to go to places where you normally can't go. There is the Gust Jar, you can blow wind with it.

I got this game at Xmas... very fun so far, if a little familiar in places. I've just done the third main dungeon (the Wind Ruins or something). The boss of that dungeon was also in The Wind Waker! ;)
