Has anyone ever tried raising a Pokémon to level 50 without evolving it? A long time ago I was planning on raising a Squirtle to level 50 on Silver but got into other games before I even finished doing it. I think I have the Squirtle I'm raising is now 30. May one day get back onto it...

I got a Pikachu up to level 85 until I decided to evolve it, but of course it's a lot easier to do when the pokemon is a stone-evolution pokemon. (It was on red, so yes I could've evolved it if I wanted to.)

What if nintendo made a Pokemon game where 2-4 players could link up & play as a team or something?

It's called: Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Colosseum.

Mind you, even the originals were 2 player capable, so I have no idea which world devonm comes from on this one. :P

He means that 2-4 are in ONE team and play the whole game together, I would assume.

Ah wait...

As a team, you can do in Stadium, though only one pokemon could be out at a time. As for a single four player team, I highly doubt that happening, though there's 2v2 in every game past Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald (which includes FireRed/LeafGreen and Coliseum, probably GoD too) but no four player teams.

Yeah, one of those games where you can link up, play together, & support each other at any necessary time.

Speaking of red....

i know a way to clone items....

If you want to know ill tell you..

go to saffaron city and find a shore by a house..

then make sure what you want to clone in the 6th spot in your inventory. when you get into a battle..(the pokemon will be a missingno) run from it.. then your item will be cloned... it will have some brown stuff like $# for the number but as you use them it will slowly come vack to 99.

I used this to get a whole bunch of lv100 pokemon.

until my game f#$%ed up. Now it won't keep the save.. like ill save but when i turn it off for like 2 hours..then i come back to turn it on.. the game will say there is no save file...

Kinda does make sense when the game falls into the snow...

brown stuff, i said i wouldn't rant..

I am willing to die to give someone exp.. but i want 20 gold a fight because you will get 30 or so back. I feel like dying... how about you?

That is probably the most well-known trick there is. Incidentally, the start is different. First of all, Saffaron city does not exist. :P Secondly, Saffron city has nothing to do with it. Here's how it's done:

1. Go to VIRIDIAN city.
2. Talk to the old man that shows you how to catch pokemon and make him show you.
3. Fly to Cinnibar Island immediately and Surf up and down the east coast of the island.
4. Eventually, you will encounter Missigno. Defeat him or run from it, but DO NOT CATCH IT.
5. Just like Matt said, you will have a lot of the items in your 6th item slot.

IMPORTANT: Just like happened to Matt, this trick can mess up your save files, ESPECIALLY if you catch Missigno. Something weird also happens when you view the Pokemon League site.

Yep, deep down the original Pokémon games were very glitchy.
