I just bought the game about two weeks ago now and have yet to play it. Someone I know on MSN said it was a disappointment to all the of FE games but I'm wondering if he just sucked at it....O.o

People that say that PoR is a disappointment to the whole series are the kind of people that have probably only played the American releases. In fact, Path of Radiance brings back A LOT of elements from the old Fire Emblem games.

I loved PoR. I have not yet played any other FE game, so I can't compare it to others.

Path of Radiance is the ninth game in the Fire Emblem series which has been running ever since the days of the NES.

I know that. It's a pity I don't have a GBA. Otherwise, a FE game would be one of my first wishes.

Which one? Sacred Stones or Blazing Sword?

I have a DS now, so I bought Fire Emblem (I guess it's called Blazing Sword at your place, but here it's just called Fire Emblem). I've completed it with Lyn's Tale and Eliwood's Tale on Normal, and now I'm trying Hector's tale on Hard. Problem: it's so damn difficult! Argh!

Personally, I'm a die-hard fire emblem: Fuuin No Tsurugi fan(#6, which is oddly enough, the sequel to fire emblem 7)
